Withdraw from an order
You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Fill in this form: your request is sent to us immediately and you receive an acknowledgement by email.

We have received it. You will receive an acknowledgement by email at the address provided. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Good to know
- The product must be returned within 14 days of your request, unused, not applied, in its packaging. Return costs are at your expense.
- A sticker applied to a helmet cannot be taken back; a custom sticker and the handwritten note are personalised goods excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). We review each request and reply to you.
- Refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used.
