Your image stays on your device: it is not sent with the request. Send it to us on WhatsApp or by email, and we cut it out and adapt it. On a computer, you can also drag it into the preview.

No payment now. You're not committing to anything: we talk, you approve the design and the price, and only then do we make it.
The information sent is used only to answer your request and design your sticker (see the custom order terms and the privacy policy). Your images are never published without your written consent.

How much does it cost?
Between €50 and €150 depending on size and complexity (number of recoloured pieces, cut-out character, logo to redraw…). The exact price is announced during our conversation, before anything is made.
Am I committing by sending my request?
No. Sending the form triggers no payment and no production: it's the start of the conversation.
What happens after I send it?
We contact you through the channel you chose (WhatsApp preferably), ask a few questions, then show you proposals that you can correct as many times as needed until you approve.
How long does the design take?
Allow about 1 to 4 weeks to design yours, depending on the number of requests in progress and the complexity of what you want. We keep you informed at every step, through the channel you chose.
What is the delivery time?
Once the design is approved and production has started, delivery usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, sometimes up to a month. In total, allow a few weeks between your request and receiving your one-of-a-kind piece.
Can I add a photo or a character?
Yes. Tick "A character" or "A photo" in step 3 and describe your idea, then send us the image on WhatsApp or by email. We cut it out and adapt it to the sticker.
Can I have an exact dimension?
Yes: choose "Custom" and set the width in centimetres. We confirm the final dimensions together according to the placement on your helmet.
Can I withdraw from a custom sticker?
A custom sticker is a made-to-order item produced to your specifications: it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). As long as you haven't approved the design and paid, you can cancel free of charge. Details in the custom order terms.
Are all artworks accepted?
We reserve the right to refuse artwork whose rights you do not hold or that would be contrary to the law. M-GTS Custom is not affiliated with Arai.
