How to apply your stickers

A successful application takes just a few minutes. Follow the 4 steps of the video tutorial, or print the application sheet to keep it at hand. And no worries about air bubbles: our stickers are designed to leave none.

Before you start

What you need

  • Soapy water To clean the area, and the glue of an old sticker
  • Microfibre cloth To dry without leaving lint
  • Masking tape To mark your guides and stick straight
  • Scissors To cut the two parts of the sticker
  • A card To remove the old sticker once heated
  • Hair dryer To heat the old sticker and peel it off easily

The 4 steps

  1. Step 1 of 4

    Clean the area and place your guides

    Clean the application area well, then place masking tape to mark the position. It's what lets you apply your sticker perfectly straight.

  2. Step 2 of 4

    Heat and remove the old sticker

    Heat the sticker well so it peels off easily, then use a card to remove it. Then clean off any remaining glue with soapy water.

    Is this your first application? Go straight to step 3.

  3. Step 3 of 4

    Cut the two parts, place the first one

    Cut the two parts of your sticker with scissors. Place the first part on the front of the helmet, using your masking tape guides.

  4. Step 4 of 4

    Remove the plastic film, then do the back

    Gently remove the plastic film. Do exactly the same for the rear part of the helmet.

Get it right first time

To avoid

  • Applying on a dirty, damp or hot helmet. The area must be clean, dry and in the shade.
  • Forgetting the masking tape. Without guides, the sticker quickly ends up crooked.
  • Tearing off the old sticker cold. Heat it first, then peel it off with a card.
  • Pulling off the plastic film sharply. Remove it gently, part by part.

The little extras

Useful tips

15–25 °C

Ideal temperature

Apply your stickers between 15°C and 25°C for optimal adhesion. Avoid direct full sun during application.

A mistake while applying?

Warm the sticker slightly (hair dryer at a distance) to peel it off without damaging the helmet's paint.
