Special terms and conditions for custom stickers
Version of October 15, 2026. These conditions supplement the general terms and conditions of sale for stickers designed to the customer's request.
1. Purpose
A custom sticker is a personalized sticker for an Arai SZ-R Vas or SZ-R Evo helmet, designed and manufactured according to the customer's requests (colors, finishes, size, character, logo, text, image). It is sold individually.
2. Process
- The customer sends their request via the form on the Custom Sticker page or via WhatsApp. The online preview is for discussion purposes: it is not contractually binding.
- We communicate with the customer (messages, WhatsApp, call) to refine the design.
- A firm quote is sent in writing (price, size, timeframe). The estimated price is between €50 and €150, depending on the size and complexity.
- The customer confirms the design and price in writing. Payment is due upon this confirmation, before any manufacturing, via a secure payment link.
- We manufacture and then ship the item.
3. Timeframes
Design generally takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on the number of ongoing requests. Delivery generally takes 2 to 3 weeks after manufacturing, sometimes up to one month. These timeframes are estimates; the expected date is specified in the quote.
4. Right of withdrawal
The custom sticker is a product made to the consumer's specifications: it is excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code). The customer is informed of this before confirming and paying, and confirms it by validating the quote. As long as the design has not been confirmed and paid for, the customer can withdraw without penalty.
5. Modifications and cancellation
Revisions requested before confirmation are included within a reasonable limit; beyond that, a supplement may be agreed upon. After confirmation and payment, the order can no longer be canceled as manufacturing has begun.
6. Conformity and guarantees
The legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects apply (see the general terms and conditions of sale). In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the confirmed design, we will reprint or refund. A change in aesthetic preference after confirmation is not a defect.
7. Elements provided by the customer
The customer guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the images, logos, characters, brands, and texts they provide, or have the authorization of their owners. M-GTS Custom may refuse or request proof for any element that appears protected, unlawful, hateful, or contrary to public order. The customer indemnifies M-GTS Custom against any third-party claim related to these elements.
8. Personal data and images sent
The information and images transmitted (contact details, description, photos) are used solely to respond to the request, design the design, and track the order. They are accessible to M-GTS Custom and its technical service providers (Shopify, messaging and email services, WhatsApp if the customer uses it). They are kept for 12 months after the last exchange in the absence of an order, and for the legally required periods in the event of an order. Images are not published without the customer's written consent. The customer can exercise their rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) at contact@mgtscustom.fr and file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). See the privacy policy.
9. Intellectual property
M-GTS Custom retains the rights to the design created, excluding elements provided by the customer. The customer receives the right to use the item for personal use. Resale or reproduction is prohibited without written consent. M-GTS Custom may present the creation on its media with the customer's consent.
