Each order is prepared by hand, with care, then shipped within 24 to 48 hours, usually in under 24 hours. La Poste then delivers your parcel with tracking.

In France: in 3 working days with tracked delivery (€1.99, free from €30) or in 2 working days with express tracked delivery (€3.41).

In Europe: about 4 to 10 working days (international tracked letter, €4.99). In the rest of the world: about 7 to 21 working days depending on the country. These times are approximate and count from dispatch. Outside the European Union, customs duties or taxes may be requested on delivery.

You receive a confirmation email when you order, then an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.

No. Our stickers are created by M-GTS Custom and designed for Arai helmets. We are not a partner, official reseller, nor affiliated with Arai Helmet. The compatibility of each design is specified on its product page.

M-GTS Custom is an independent brand. Our designs are conceived by M-GTS Custom and may be inspired by existing themes (sports, music, manga, automotive): any resemblance to brands, clubs, artists, or characters does not imply any connection, partnership, or affiliation with them. Their names, logos, and characters remain the property of their respective owners and are mentioned for reference purposes only. Our stickers are designed for Arai helmets, with no official connection to Arai Helmet.

Our reflective decals are designed to meet the mandatory nighttime visibility requirements for two-wheeled vehicles in France. Please check the product specifications and current regulations before purchasing.

Yes: the Custom Sticker workshop allows you to create a unique piece. You recolor each letter of the Arai sticker, choose the finish and size, and you can add a character, a logo, a photo, or your name. Expect to pay between €50 and €150 depending on the complexity; we refine the design together via messages or WhatsApp, and you approve the quote before any production.

Details, lead times, and right of withdrawal: custom order terms. As for the stickers in the catalog, they are sold as is.

Here is what is available: 10% off your first order if you subscribe to the newsletter (the code appears right after registration); the 3rd sticker free automatically in the pack of 3, no code required; our referral program, with 10% off for both you and your friend; and free shipping on orders over €30.

Only one discount applies per order: if multiple are eligible, the one that saves you the most is applied. Free shipping is always added on top.

The price depends on the design, not the size. Solid colors, the simplest option, are €15.90. More elaborate designs (flags, logos, illustrations) are €17.90. The most detailed ones (portraits, coats of arms, numerous elements or colors) are €19.90.

The more details and colors a design has, the more preparation it requires before being printed and cut. The displayed price is always the final price: taxes included, and free delivery on orders over €30.

Some designs are not yet in stock: you can pre-order them. You pay now and your sticker is prepared for you. Delivery is scheduled for the end of November (the exact date is indicated on each product page).

If your order also contains stickers in stock, everything will be shipped at once, as soon as your pre-order is ready. You can also click "Notify me" to be alerted when they are released without ordering anything.
