Where is my parcel?

Enter the tracking number from your email: we'll open the La Poste tracking page showing the exact status of your parcel.

You'll find it in the "shipped" email sent as soon as your parcel leaves. Tracking opens on the La Poste website.

    Checked and carefully packed, within 24 to 48 h, usually in under 24 h.

    A second email sends you the tracking number as soon as the parcel ships.

    Out for delivery

    In France, La Poste delivers in 1 to 4 working days (tracked delivery, free from €30) or in 1 to 3 working days with express. International delivery times vary by destination.
