Weekly Challenge Rules

1. Organizer

The weekly challenge is organized by Olivier Grosse, sole trader, trading under the name M-GTS Custom, SIREN 794 827 477, 67 Rue des Ormeaux, 06530 Le Tignet, France (full details on the Legal Notice page).

2. Participation

Participation is free and with no obligation to purchase. It is open to anyone with an email address (minors may participate with the consent of their legal representative). To participate, simply design a helmet on the "3D Render" page and then submit it using the "Show Your Helmet" form before the end date indicated on the challenge banner. Only one entry per person per challenge will be accepted. The contest is open for the period indicated on the challenge banner.

3. Selection of the Winner

This is not a random draw: the M-GTS Custom team selects the most successful design based on three criteria: originality, adherence to the challenge theme, and render quality. The winner will be announced on the 3D Render page and notified by email. If they do not respond within 14 days, the prize may be awarded to another participant.

4. Prize

The winner will receive a one-time-use 20% discount code, valid on the mgtscustom.fr website. It cannot be combined with other discounts, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

5. Publication, Image Rights, and Personal Data

By participating, you agree that your design may be published on the website with your username, and that your email address may be used to contact you about the challenge. If you opt in to receive updates on new products, you can unsubscribe at any time. Data will be retained for the duration of the challenge and the awarding of the prize. You may request the removal of your design or data at any time by writing to contact@mgtscustom.fr. See also the privacy policy.

6. Rights

The designs provided in the 3D tool belong to M-GTS Custom. Participants may only submit designs created using the tool. By submitting, you authorize M-GTS Custom to reproduce and display them on the website and its social media channels without financial compensation.

7. Participation Fees

Participation does not incur any costs other than the participant's internet connection.

8. Liability, Modification, or Termination

M-GTS Custom may modify, postpone, or cancel a challenge if necessary or in the event of force majeure, without incurring any liability. Any fraud or non-compliant participation will result in the participant's disqualification.

9. Access to the Rules and Complaints

The rules can be viewed free of charge on this page and are available upon request by writing to contact@mgtscustom.fr. Any complaints must be sent to this address within 30 days after the end of the challenge.

10. Governing Law

These rules are governed by French law.
